The Council of The Corporation of the Village of Lucknow intends to apply to The -Ontario Municcipal'Board `-for approval of: 4a) the construction of -Sewage -works as described inSehedute 'A" anfexed hereto at -an -estimated cost- of$5 406,190.00. After allowing fora °Provincial . oviernment grant of$4;5261382:60, the sum of$885,308:00•shall'be raised by the -sate of debentures payable over<a- period 'fot exceeding ten (10) years. The Corporation intends tb charge the whole ocast-of thea arbrks as a sewer rate lor a period 'not exceeding ten (10) years upon the owners or occupants of lands Whon+ili'or may `derivea berrefit therefrom, anti (b) the passing of a proposed byaiaw to impose such sewer rate to raise the whole of the -annual payments tin sudh debentures, consisting of: (i) a frontage rate annually of -$1.5 per foot ($5:40 per metre) for ten (10) years. 2. The following exemptions .will be granted: (a) In the case of corner tots situated at the junction or intersection of streets or highways, 100 feet (30.48 metres) of the ftankage is exempt from the frontage rate.
