Bruce County "Much Ado About Meat"
4-H projects will be wrapping up their ac-
tivities in the next few weeks. Kitchens
across the county have been filled with the
aroma of beef, pork, lamb and veal as 4-H
members have tested a variety of new
recipes. They have also learned how to be
a better consumer when it comes time to
face the meat counter at the local grocery
store.
Please plan to attend the Achievement
Program near you. This is an opportunity
for friends, family and the public to learn
more about meat cookery and con-
gratulate the 4-H members completing
this project.
