The roll -call was to judge four pork chops for texture of meat and colour. They then put the right names of the dif- ferent cuts of meat on a chart and discuss- ed cured and smoked meats. Scott Rintoul made pizza soup while Karen Elliott prepared pork and peaches which was very tasty.
