Dungannon Fair Queen Contestants
Wendy Westecott
Seventeen -year-old Wendy, the daughter
of Doug and Denyse Westecott, RR3
Goderich, will enter Grade 12 this
September. She is spending the summer
working at McDonalds and hopes to enter
the field of cosmetology in the future. She
loves baseball and is being sponsored by
W.G. Thompson and Sons Limited.
Audrey Bos
The daughter of John and Gerrie Bos,
RR3 Auburn, this 19 -year-old will be atten-
ding the University of Waterloo this
September in the Honours Co-op Math pro-
gram. Audrey is spending the summer at
Point Farms Provincial Park and enjoys
volleyball, soccer and youth group ac-
tivities. Her sponsor is Chisholm Wood
Products.
Kay Edward
Eighteen -year-old Kay is the daughter of
John and Sharon Edward, RR4 Goderich.
She will enter her first year at York
University this fall on her way to a B.A. in
psychology. She is presently working at
the Park Theatre and at McDonald's and
enjoys jogging, the beach and listening to
music. Kay is being sponsored by Lucknow
Community Sales.
Jacqui Dawson
The daughter of David and Sharon
Dawson, Dungannon, this 17 -year-old will
enter Grade 12 at G.D.C.I. this fall. She is
an avid figure skater and enjoys babysit-
ting. Jacqui is being sponsored in this con-
test by Dauphin Feed and Supply.
Kim Edward
The daughter of John and Sharon Ed-
ward, RR4 Goderich, this 17 -year-old en-
joys basketball, a good movie and acting.
Kim will take her Grade 12 at G.D.C.I. this
fall and hopes to attend University next
year. She is spending the summer months
working at McDonald's and is being spon-
sored by Brindley Auctions.
Angela Glenn
This 18 -year-old, the daughter of Gerrie
and Bernice Glenn, Dungannon, will be at-
tending Grade 12 at G.D.C.I. this fall. She
hopes to study nursing at a community col-
lege in the future and plans to attend the
Calgary Stampede as a member of the
Seaforth Marching Band. Angela present-
ly works at Valley Green Flowers in
Lucknow and is being sponsored by West
Wawanosh Ins. Co.
Nancy Hunter
The daughter of John and Shirley
Hunter, RR3 Lucknow, this 19 -year-old
will enter her second year at Fanshawe
College in the Business Marketing course
this September. She is working at Arm-
strong's Home Bakery this summer, bet-
ween baseball games, and is being spon-
sored by the Dungannon Service Centre.
Arletta Glenn
Eighteen -year-old Arletta is the
daughter of Bernice and Gerrie Glenn,
Dungannon. She is presently employed at
Dawson's General Store and will take her
Grade 12 at G.D.C.I. come September. She
is a member of the Seaforth Marching
Band and isplanning to visit Calgary, next
summer. Arletta is being sponsored by
Dawson's in Dungannon.
Julie Glenn
Eighteen -year-old Julie, daughter of
Vernon and Pauline Glenn of R113 Auburn,
graduated from Grade 12 this spring and
plans to enter Fanshawe College come
January. She is presently working at Joe's
Landing as a waitress and enjoys baseball
and swimming. The Dungannon Senior
Citizens are proud to sponsor Julie in this
competition.
