Ladies Monday League
The Ladies bowling banquet was held
Monday, April 25th to award trophies and
to wrap up another fine season of bowling.
The winners for the season this year
were the Cockateels who put together an
unbeatbale 86 points. Team members in-
cluded Kim Phillips, Chris McDonald,
Caroline Snowden, Doris Culbert, Delores
VanOsch and Donna Adams.
The season's high single score award
went to Pat Livingston this year. Pat bowl-
ed the high single score of 355 as well as the
high triple score of 719. She also captured
the high average of the season with a 198.
Great bowling, Pat!
The high single score with handicap of
325 went to Mary Lou Raynard while the
high triple with handicap was taken by
Chris McDonald with a combined score of
818.
A tie was declared in the most improved
bowler category this year. Joan Helm and
Delores VanOsch shared the honour. The
most imporved new bowler trophy went to
Andrea Hamilton.
Perfect attendance pins were presented
to Mae Hunter, Kathy McNee, Mae
Howald, Barb Cranston, Joan Helm, Pat
Livingston and Shirley Kennedy.
The playoff winners were the Parrots ,
who gathered 61 points m post -season play.
Team members included Shirley Kennedy,
Jean Phillips, Alice Ritchie, Karen
Roberts, Marg Hamilton and Annette
LeBreton.

The high single score registered m the
playoffs was bowled by Annette LeBreton
with an amazing 326. The high triple in the
playoffs was captured by Betty Stanley
when she rolled a score of 731.
The high single with handicap went to
Barb Jardine with her combined score of
344 while the high triple with handicap
went to Kim Phillips with her combined
score of 794.
Glasses were awarded to those who
bowled 100 pins over their average.
Receiving the lovely gifts were Betty
Stanley, Barb Jardine, Pat Livingston,
Jean Phillips, Karen Roberts, Annette
LeBreton, Roberta Whytock, MaryLou
Raynard, Betty VanOsch and Chris
McDonald.
Progressive euchre was enjoyed by
some of the ladies following the presenta-
tions and special prizes were awarded for
high lady, Andrea Hamilton; low lady,
Chris McDonald; high man Caroline
Snowden; and low man Shelia Faber.
Door prizes were won by Marg
Hamilton, Joan Helm, Mae Hunter, An-
drea Hamilton, Larrissa Kugler, Caroline
Snowden, Kim Phillips and Pat Liv-
ingston. We understand Pat needed quite a
bitof help to carry out all her winnings
following the presentations.
