The Lucknow Porcelain Artists were the recipients of a $500 cheque thanks to the New
Horizons Program last week. This contribution, to be used to establish a program of
china and porcelain painting in the area, will give the group the chance to develop and
enhance their skills by way of workshops and regular meetings. The grant is part of a
federal government program that enables retired citizens to create projects of their
own choosing and is offered through the Department of. National. Health and Welfare.
