The Ontario Pork Industry Improve- ment Plan is an opportunity to make use of Artificial Insemination. A grant of one- third of the cost up to $500.00 per year is available. The following items are eligible: - the purchase of fresh or frozen semen from Swine Artificial Insemination Units licenced in Ontario - the packaging and transportation costs for semen - an Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food approved Swine Artificial Insemina- tion course. A Swine Artificial Insemination course is being held in Walkerton in the O.M.A.F. Boardroom on February 17th, 1988. The course if from 9:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Lunch is included.
