WI ladies gather

The ladies of the
Whitechurch institute that
disbanded earlier this year
had a Christmas get-
together on Tuesday with
dinner the Maitland
Restaurarnt, at noon.
They adjourned to the
home of Jean Tiffin, for a
Christmas program:, fol-
lowed by Christmas cake
and tea which concluded
the afternoon.
A recent visitor with
Mildred McCtenaghan+
was Barbara Trusell
(Gaunt) of British
Columbia, She visited
with her brother John, and
other relatives.

ladies gathered for their
Christmas meeting on
Dec. 2. at the home of
Agnes I~arrii r where
dessert was served as a
prelude..
The caul to worship was
a poem called Ker pipe for
Christmas,
The Scripture and.
prayer was given by Alice
Moore. Mildred
McCienaghan read "If
Christ had not come." A
piano solo by Agnes was.
enjoyed by all. Mildred
read "Glorious Gift from
Christmas Past."
The ladies presented
Agnes with the new edi-
tion of the hymn book'
called Voice Unlimited,
