Ashfield Township council met on Sept. 8 and reviewed correspondence from Alison and Layne Rulchecki regarding coma - plaints about traffic on the beach at the township park. Council agreed that the OPP shouldbe contacted regarding their followup of the complaintsand that a copy of township bylaw 14 - 1982 be forwarded to all area landowners. Correspondence from two •residents regarding 911 road naming issues wasdeferred until a date is set for a public meeting to discuss road naming. Council had no objec- tions to Mark MaeAuley`s application to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission for a liquor licence, bur requested that local residents in Port Albert be made aware of the proposed application 'and also that if the licence is granted to the restau- rant, area parking require-..
