Bill: and Florence Zettler, Portage La Prairie, and Margaret Zettler, Walkerton,: also arrived with greetings. These families were neighbors whenthey lived on the 14th of Culross. Cousins: from the fami- ly of the late Fred and Pheniah • Haldenby received word of the death of Bryce Lockhart, Port. Elgin at .Kincardine General Hospital. The funeral was held Wednesday from the Davey-Lirtklater Funeral Home in Kincardine, , Also Barbara Shewfelt, wife of Deb Shewfelt of Goderich, passed away in London on Wednesday. She was the daughter. of the late Harold and Mildred (Haldenby) Campbell. • . • Her funeral was Saturday morning at St. George's Anglican Church for with the Bluewater Funeral Home in charge. We Wend our sincere sympathy to all of the families involved from this community. The annual Haldenby, picnic was held at the homestead .at Westford on Sunday with about 60 peo- ple present. After fun and games and getting reac- quainted, a bountiful sup- per was served. The fami- ly will.meet again next year. Bushells, Giliespies and Hodgins attended a bridal: shower for David Hodgins and Natalie Forget at the home of Dr. Don Hodgins, Ripley, the father of the groom. °John Hodgins Sr. • from here is David's grandfather.
