Whitechurch 4-H Club -
met for their fifth meeting
of the Great Chicken and
Egg project, There were
six members present at,
this Meeting.
We discussed Cooking
With the microwave. Then
We hada deinonstration of
how to cook eggs in a
mic'rowave. Mrs. Elliott
showed us how to separate
the egg yolk from the
white, Mrs. Moir talked to
us about the different uses
of yolks and whites. Mrs.
Elliott demonstrated how
tO Make baked Alaska,
then Mrs. Moir demon-
strated how to make
chicken cordon -bleu.
These were. made in the
microwave. Then we tast-
ed what we had made and
ilited the meeting with
the4T.June
Motto.

met for their final -meeting
of the Great. Chicken and
Egg project.
Mrs. Elliott talked
about how to Pat a coating
on chicken and what to do
with leftover chicken. We
talked about what to do
when you have extra egg
whites or yolks left.
Mrs. Moir showed us
now to judge eggs, then in
groups we had to judge
thein ourselves,,Then we
talked about. the different
uses for egg shells. We
discussed decorating eggs,
for Easter and Christmas.
Next,we made brown-
ies in the microwave and
wild West wings. We then
satripled our food and
closed with the 4-1-1
