The reader found it
rather interesting in, light
of the fact that Kinloss
had its financial state-
ments in last week's issue.
Back to 1892, the
municipality had $1:1,643
in receipts. To my mind,.
that seems like quite a bit
of money for 1892. Total
expenditures. in 1892 were
$914$, leaving a balance
of $2494 at year end,.
Taxes in the township
in 1892 amounted to
