It was a beautiful week.
end for the Girl + Guides
winter camp out. They
pitehcd their tents in the
school gytr)nasium and
vete able to enjoy outdoor
sports of tobopganiing. ski*
ring, snow -shoeing etc; as
well -as swinnnting" in the
neighbor's heated pool.
Mom local people have
enjoyed holidays in the
warmer areas. Don and
Ruth .Ritchie and family
have returned from a vasa-
tion in Florida AS well as
Roger and Viekie
Morrison and family. The
Morrison's were visiting..
her sister. at Miramar and
were away: the day the tor:
nadoes went through that
area. When they arrived
back in the evenini, the
airport about four blocks
from where they. were ,
staying, had severe dam-
age from one of the tprna-
does.
Cliff and Anne Mann
were happy to truss the
same swans as they flew
out of Miami inthe morn-
ing and the tornadoes hit
later the sante day;. They
enjoyed a: three day cruise
to Nassau and also" spent;*
weekend at Key West.
Sunday was the animal
meeting of the Lucknow
Presbyterian ;Church. Rev.
John Neilson .was in
charge of the mooing ser- °
vicc in the absentee of Rev.
Kinsman and following
lunch conducted the meet-
ing for the congregation.

McComb and family were
home ,for the weekend
with her parents, Gorden
and Bernice. ,lohnstnne.

with Rev, Bill and Peggy

daughter Margaret. from
Toronto and her friends
Mary, Gwen and Sett
Pattinson,. The girl's father,
Mr. Pattinson; is in hOspi
tal in Walkerton. so this
made a good time to visit
while in the area,
