This winter, the'county snowplows will not be on the
roads from: 11 p.m. until. 4 a.m. each night.
For the last two years,` the ploughs have parked from
midnight. until 5 a. m..as . a .cost-saving measure for . the
county. This --year, their -schedule`is-beingmoved. back-
