Fraser Bell, executive director.. of the Huron Perth
District Health: Council (HPDHC) submitted his resig-
nation at the council's Aug. 28 meeting.
Bell,: his,wife Teresa and two-year-old son, Fraser,
Donald, will move to the. Toronto area where , Bell will
be joining a health management consulting firth.
Bell was engaged by the council in February 1995 as
the founding director for the health service planning

about 1,500 marijuana
plants from across, Huron,
Bruce and Grey Counties
