The Bruce Community Developinent Corporation
(Bruce CDC), has launched a new community economic
development newsletter. ,
"The intent of the newsletter is to heighten the aWare-
ness of local initiatives to increase -the health and pros-
perity of our cornmunities," says Lauri Cunningham,
manager of the Bruce CDC.
"Community Development Connection" will profile
local resources, activities, programs and services that
•contribute to business and community development
objective's. New and changing federal and provincial
programs will be highlighted which may, offer assistance.

employment development plans and projects.

• will be'provided to a allow increased access to. informa-
tion. •
O ,"Bruce CDC made the decision to develop this
newsletter in response to an identified need from busi-
nesses, individuals and communities for information
regarding local support and initiatives in economic
development," says Cunningham.
