(By young adults; the poll refers to people 19 - 24 years of age). At first glance, 'four per ceiit.xnay seem insignificant. However, when we leak at that four Per cent lithe context of Grey and Bruce counties, the imiplie'a- tions.are sobering..• Suppose. 1 decided to invite ' these new smokers, along with their smoking peers,. to a seminar on the dangers of tobacco. In Grey and Bruce counties, the four per cent translates into 518 young .adults. That brings my invitation list; (the total number of smokers in our counties, 19 - • 24 years old) to approkirnately 4,181. To get them all' to my seminar, I would need 87 buses. That's about half the school buses required for Grey County schools. If I booked the Bayshore' Community Centre for the seminar, 1 could pack' 3,840 of ,these .young people in the arena (2,640 in the stands, 1,200 on the ice). *see 'Dangers` page 5 Lucknow, Ashfield, Kinloss or West Wawanosh from a distance away. i From the daily - ' Did you read tact, week about the woman -in London, Jngland, who took her husband's cremated ashes and had, them made into an•egg-tinter?'• Her husband; who was welt aware*of'her inability . to properly boil an egg, apparently made the sugges- tion before he passed on. .
