The team played three games on Saturday, ' In the first game against. Brampton, Lucknow lost 13 to 8. In garne two, the team had a' tough outing against Listowel .I and lost 14 to 3. The third and final game of the day was, against Mitchell I and was closer _with Mitchell taking ,the 15 to 12 win. ▪ . - , " ,PI°acing fourthin their.. The Rookies made it to the B finals in a recent tournament in Listowel. division, the Rookies Showing -off the plaque, on behalf of all team 'members, are Cody Kemp,played Goderich,, the third Sam Johnston, Dan Murray.and Devin Kemp: (Livingston, photo) place team from the other division. Lucknow outscored Goderich 14 to 13 to earn a chance to be ` cham- pions. In their fifth gam of the tournament, playing Listowel, who had defeat ed them earlier by a score .0f.14 to 3, the team was in the game from start to fin- ish., The final score as 13 to I0 for Listowel. •Lucknow players received a plaque for their participation in the 13' finalists game. This was the Rookies' first tournament of the season and was a good opportunity to play other teams other than the league they play in. ShQQ� winners .' Five tables of shoot were in play at the Drop in Centre on Friday last. High players were Anne 'Anderson, Edna Young, Art Ernewein and Richard Grant.
