died at Pinecrest Nursing
Home on Saturday, June
28, 1597.. Born June 14,
1913, he was the second
youngest of four sons. bom.
to John W. Henderson•and.
Clara E. (Johnston)
Henderson. The eldest
brother Morgan M. and his
wife 'Ena predeceased him.
Two brothers, William A.
and James R„ survive. As a
Child Donald contracted
polievand' was afflicted with
the aftermath his whole life.
Of a friendly and pleasant
disposition, Do iafd did not
let his disabilities interfere . • .
with living a. full and -useful,
life.. Donald: _graduated.from
Lucknow High School and
from Westervelt Business,
..School. For 50 years he
was bookkeeper for John
W. Henderson Lumber Ltd:
He, also served as :secretary
of the Lucknow School
Board for 25 years,: and in
195$ acted as assistant
secretary for the;; Lucknow •
Centennial Reunion. Donald
was a regular and faithful
Member of the Lucknow '..
Presbyterian; Church. He
served over 20 years as
secretary of the Sunday
School, • and was a :member

Donald was unmarried, but.
will be lovingly remembered
