Jean Phillips had the topic "International Affairs." She told us about her granddaughter Tara who went to Holland for a year. This was through a student exchanger spon- sored by the Rotary 'Club.. !fifty-four students frOm the "province were involved. The students have a two week crash course to learn to speak Dutch, Tara has stayed • with various host families- who have taken her to several places. Their timeis six hours ahead of ours.
