The doors of .a barn owned by township resi- dent's Hank and 'Josef Schotrnan were damaged; by township plows•during winter road maintenance, It was noted, however, that the plow never, actually came into contact with the doors, Council also dis- cussed the close proximity of the barn to the road. Township switches to Sprint Canada The township isn't one of the customers Bell Canada has been bragging about on television. The municipality has decided to switch from Bell -to arn:oors Sprint Canada in hopes of saving money. ,`Clerk Liliane Nolan estimates a savings of a couple hundred dollars a year will. be realized with, the new communications server. Enns felt his neighbor's trailer was• too close to a water course and therefore a . variance should be applied for. Chief Building Official Karl MacNaughton told council the water in fron of the property ' is a drainage ditch, not a wate course. Council said n action would be taken on the matter.
