On .Saturday; Lucknow . travelled to Glencoe to start
the semi -'"finals: of the'all Ontario championship:
The team looked a little sluggish in the first period
falling behind 2 to 0, Good goaltending kept the score
.close until the --bots got rolling and scored three consec-
utive goals, It looked like they would hold on for the
win, but Glencoe tied it up. with 19 seconds. Left in regu-
lation time andscored in .overtime tot take the first
game.. .•
On Sunday, Lucknow hosted Glencoe with the Se
Poy
squad spotting the visitors a three goal lead. Lucknow
mounted a comeback in the third and eventually pulled'
their goalie, but Glencoe held on to take a two game
lead inthe series.
The next game is. Thursday at 8 p,m. in Lucknow..
Bantam Local League
Playing in Belmore on March 11, the Bantams
squeaked in a 4 to 3 win with. goals from Nick Mann (2),
Steve Hare,and Jason Lewis, Assists were from John
Van Diepenbeek and Jeff Bauer.

In round robin action,. Lucknow lost and tied with
Durham 'with points :yet to be determined to decide the
winner.. Game one saw Durham come opt on top of 3. to
2. score, and game two was a three all tie.

(2),. Jessie Cox, Matt Pritchard, Dan McDonagh (2),
Steve Van. Meeteren and Graham Cook. •
In tournament play in Ripley last Friday, the Pee Wee
B's downed Kincardine 5 to,1 as they caught the opposi-
tion sleeping at the 8 am. game.,.
Advancing down, the championship side; Lucknow
met up with a strong Tiverton team. It Was another goal
tenders' battle but with our man Billy betweenthe pipes
doing everything but stand on his head,' the team took a
2 to 1 victory.
The championship game pitted Lucknow against
Chesley. ' After a one gamer intermission, the'team headed
back to the ice- giving it. all they had left but came up -
short in the 6 to :(1 score.

Teeswater in each of the first two penad and had three
good periods of goaltending from' Adarn Cameron, Final
score Lucknow 5, Teeswater 3. •

time Ripley came back to to. tie. A ten minute overtime
saw no scoring resulting in a four all tie,.
