The gift of Christian love,
a Bible and a songbook
My Mistmas Present
One day I was walking to my friends
and 1 had a present in my hand. It was
about Christian love. He never heard
about Jesus dying on the cross, so he
opened it up right away because he really
wanted to know what 1 was talking about.
Then he ran back home and told his Mom
and Dad.

My Christmas Present
I have a friend. Her name is Susane.
She lives in Lucknow. Nobody likes her
but me. I brought her a present. I think
she'll like it a lot. I have another present.
It is the gift of love. I like her a lot. The
present 1 gave her was a dolly. She liked
it a lot.

My Christmas Present
I know someone and his name is Chris.
I was walking and he threw a rock at me.
It never hurt me. He is six years old. He
is in grade one. Whenever 1 walk or ride
my bike he throws stones at me. 1 gave
him a Bible and I gave him a song book.
He is nice whenever I go outside. He
plays with me.

My (was Present
I once gave a present to my friend. He
didn't know about Jesus. 1 told him about
Jesus in the letter. He liked it very much.
He always kept my letter. He never read
the Bible and never believed in the Lord.
If you do, you will go to heaven. I love
Jesus a lot. He loves you and me. We
took a walk and talked.

The Present
"Hi Rachel! Here is a present. One
present is a picture of a Bible and the
other one is a heart made out of card-
board."
"Thank you!" said Rachel. "Come
into my house for some cookies and juice
and we can watch T.V."
"That sound good! I'll phone Mom
first to tell her I'm staying."
Okay! You can use our phone while I
get some juice and cookies."
"Where are you going to hang the
pictures?"
"Probably in the living room every-
body can see it."
"That will look nice."
"Mom said it is okay but I have to go
home before 6:00."
"1 really liked those pictures," said
Rachel.
"That's nice! These pictures are true.
God does love everyone who loves him."
"Is that true?" asked Rachel.
"Yes. Why don't we take a walk?"
asked Elizabeth.
"That sounds fine. Let's first go to the
Park."
"You know what? Jesus died on the
cross to save us." The two girls went on
their walk.

A Christmas Present
1 had gone to the store one day and
bought a Bible. l thought it would be niece
to give it to a person who didn't know
about Jesus. 1 thought I would send a
note saying: Here is s present of Jesus
and read this book carefully and think
when you read it. It is about the Old
Testament, how God created man and
you and how he saved the people, who
believed in Him and the coming Saviour.
The New Testament is about the Saviour
and how he was born.
When Ray received it, be came over
and thanked me. He said it cut his heart
when he read it. He said four years later,
"Jesus changed my life, 111 keep it for
my life."
