In Teeswater last Tuesday, the game started in Lucknow's favour and except for a series of defensive lapses that allowed three goals against in a space of 71 seconds, the team earned a better fate. Dan Gilchrist opened the scoring at 9.58 on a pass from Ritchie but Teeswatet came back with two and closed the period with a 2 - 1 lead, Tadd Ritchie tied the score early in the second on a solo effort that started beside the Lucknoww net and ended in a clean break on net, Disaster struck about the mid -point of the second period when Teeswatet quickly stuffed in three goads and although the Lucknow boys chipped away al the lead, they were unable to come out of the hole, Dan Gilchrist narrowed the margin late in the second peetod on a play from G, Murray and Shepherd. In third period action, Gilchrist completed his hat trick with the only goal of the period when he finished a power play started by G, Murray, Final score Teeswatet 5, Lucknow 4. On Friday the Lancets lost by a score of 5 - 4 to the visiting Paisley team. paisley opened the scoring in the forst on a goal by George Campbell. The Lancets evened the score at 14.01 o4 the forst when Dave MacKinnon and Grant Gilchrist set up Randy Alton. Paisley gained the lead again in the second period when they stored two goads.
