Junior Farmers plan banquet
On Monday, November 14, twenty-eight
members and two guests attended the West
Huron Junior Partner meeting.
Joanne Pentland called the meeting to
order.
Annette Ritchie read the minutes of the
last meeting and Ruth Ritchie gave the
treasurer's report. Alex Arvin gave the report
about the meal for the banquet on November
26 at Lucknow Community Centre.
Murray Irvin gave a report on ticket sales
for the banquet and dance and the draw for a
weekend at the Wheels Inn, Chatham.
Sharon Alton gave the rose bowl award to
Lloyd Morrison for being the first director in
our club.
Sheriff report was given by Larry Hender-
son.
Rehearsal was held for the banquet and
dance program.

RITCHIE - Donald and Karen (nee Reurink)
of R. 5, Lucknow are pleased to announce
the arrival of their son, Andrew Russell on
Wednesday, November 16, 1983 at Wing -
ham and District Hospital. Proud grand-
parents are Mr. and Mrs. Tim Reurink of R.
7, Lucknow and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence
Ritchie of Lucknow. A great grandson for
Mrs. Gershom Johnston of Wingham.
DEYELL - Terry and Brenda Deyell of
Wingham are pleased to announce the
arrival of their son, Shawn Michael. 8 lb. 8
oz., at Wingham and District Hospital on
November 13, 1983.
NUMAN - Mr. and Mrs. Owen Nurnan of R.
7, Lucknow are pleased to announce the
arrival of a daughter. Ashlel Danialle, 8 lb. 9
oz., a sister for April, at Wingham and
District Hospoal on November 13. 1983.

The society was incorporated in 1981. with the stated purpose of establishing a
Christian High School in the Wingham area. The Society is a member of the Ontario
Alliance of Christian Schools.
Membership is open to all Christians who believe that Jesus Christ and the teachings
of the Bible are central to all activities of life. Membership fees are $50.00 per year.
and are tax-deductible.
Why is a Christian High School necessary? We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord of
every part of the universe; that includes every subject taught in school. The truths and
values taught in the Christian home are confirmed and extended in the classrooms of a
Christian High School.
What subjects are taught? Cote subjects. as well as optional subjects. are taught as
required by the Ministry of Education.
When will a Christian High School be built? Construction will begin when sufficient
funds have been collected.
