Joanne Pentland called the meeting to order. Annette Ritchie read the minutes of the last meeting and Ruth Ritchie gave the treasurer's report. Alex Arvin gave the report about the meal for the banquet on November 26 at Lucknow Community Centre. Murray Irvin gave a report on ticket sales for the banquet and dance and the draw for a weekend at the Wheels Inn, Chatham. Sharon Alton gave the rose bowl award to Lloyd Morrison for being the first director in our club. Sheriff report was given by Larry Hender- son. Rehearsal was held for the banquet and dance program.
