Wingham were married on Saturday, Septettiber 24, 1983 at
Donnybrook United Church with Mr, Stan McDonald
officiating, Mr, and Mrs, Sam Thompson of Wingham are the
bride's parents and the groom is the son of Mr, and Mrs,
Harold Errington of 1t. 2, Auburn, Shelley Rivett orf Ooderich
was maid of honour and the bridesmaids were Susan Haggitt,
Myth, Jane Bromley of R. 1, Delgrave, Donna McClenaghan
of Lucknow and Julie Thompson of Wingham, Michelle
Thompson of IL 2 Lucknow, was flower girl, Chad noggin of
Myth was ring bearer. Cary Alton of R, 7, Lucknow was
groomsman and Stuart Caesar of 1t 1 Dungannon, Murray
Thompson, R, 1 Delgrave, Calvin McClenaghan of Lucknow
and Dennis Park of Dungannon were ushers, Pollowing a trip
to the east coast, the couple are residing at R, 2, Auburn,

Congratulations to Arthur and Elva Smletiet who ret-ently
celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, They were married
October 14, 1933 at the home of the bride's parents, Mr, and Mrs
William Hooey, fourth concession of Huron Township, They have
lived their 50 years at lot Pi, concession 1, Hilton Township, An
open house was held on Saturday at Lurgan Church Hall, On
Sunday, 30 family members gathered at Sutton Park for brutish and
later visited with Dimer, Marianne and family, An honoured guest
was John A, MacDonald, visiting from Medicine Hat, Alberta for
this special occasion, Mt, and Mrs, Smellier have a family of four,
Elmer of Huron Township, Mary, Mrs, James Mills of Weston, tva
of Toronto', and Aria, Mrs, John Dahmer of Kincardine Township,
and 12 gratidchildreti.
Area CGIT leaders attend workshop
Fifteen area CG11 leaders attended a
Workshop at Lucknow United Church on
Saturday, `three Ontario Can Association
Resource persons conducted the Workshops,
Joan Plume led in worship and songs'
including the Vesper Serv'ice Music, Fran
Qoarrington led Get -Acquainted Games and
exercises in Drama. The Teen Sexuality
Workshop was led by Jean Sangster and the
film, Running My Way, was viewed.
Pveryone enjoyed a buffet luncheon, COI/
supplies, book resoirces and craft ideas
were available, Future tallies and workshops
were discussed. The sum of 1248 is being
