The minutes of the spring meeting of June
20 was read by secretary, Janet Little.
Kathleen Gibson gave the treasurer's
repott.
It was reported that the past years
operating expenses exceeded the annual
maintenance fees by 1800 making it
necessary to borrow from the savings
account. A motion was made to inctease fees
to $15.00 annually effective now. The
cutrent bills will go out this week for watet at
the new tate of $15:00,
This special meeting was calledto discuss
the need for an updated system of
controlling the iron content in the watet.
Prices were quoted from curtail estimates
ftotn Maitland Engineering according to the
suppher which supplied the pump house
equipment,
There is also a ptoblem with the quality of
watet used and further reports on this are
coming.
