Shirley spent the summer managing and preparing meals at Cedar Valley Horse Ranch at Cambridge. Kevin Alton, son of Frank and Loreen Alton, has started a Small Machinist Apprenticeship at Ideal Supply, Goderich, where he has been employed for over a year. Brian Hackett, son ofLorne and Hazel Hackett, has entered his second year at Ridgetown College of Agricultural Technol- ogy, He is taking Agriculture Products and Management, Brian worked for the summer on a cash crop farm near Ridgetown, Elizabeth Wilkins, daughter of Charlie and Mayme Wilkins, is attending Ryerson College in Toronto where she is taking Journalism, Suzanne Kirkland, daughter of David and Betty Kirkland, is attending Fanshawe College, London, taking the Legal Office Administration course, Kim Cook, daughter of Harold and Susan Cook, is taking her second year of the Legal Assistance Course at Fanshawe College. Doug and Mary Lou Raynard and D, A. and Evelyn Hackett called on Wayne and Phyllis Jerome in Lucknow on Saturday evening and presented them with a gift from their former Zion neighbours, Former neighbours off highway 86 west called on Harvey and Betty Ritchie last week and presented them with a clock, They also welcomed Mel, Jayne, Krista and Shawn to their community with a gift of glasses, Evangelist Lionel Reeves and his wife, Iris are in full time Evangelism, presenting Crusades across Ontario and are affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, Both he and his wife enjoy an additional ministry in Music as they both sing with sound tracks. Lionel plays the guitar and Iris the piano. a In spite of a very busy schedule in churches, Lionel, who is an accredited minister and Its will still "drop in" to nursing homes, to minister to the elderly citizens as they have done in the past. Lillian and Russell Irvin attended the baptism service of their grandson, Garrett Nelson, son of Dale and Wendy Irvin in Waterloo on Sunday morning, Also attend- ing° the service were Susan and Alex; William and Shirley Irvin, Shelly and Lindsay; Murray and Elizabeth Irvin, Heather and Lynn, and Clara Raynard of Lucknow. Marion and Lorne Cook and Shirley and John Hunter attended the wedding and reception of their nephew, Brian Gauntlett to Judy Geddes in London on Saturday, Their families attended the reception. Brian is the son of Donna Gauntlett (nee Hamilton).
