Visit with parents in Whitechurch before moving

Mr. and Mrs. John
Uuldrick of Kitchener, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Uuldrik
visited Tuesday and Wednes-
day with his parents prior to
going to a new job many
miles distant.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter
Moore on Wednesday attend-
ed his aunt, Mrs. Houston's
funeral in Lucknow where
Walter was a pallbearer.
The community extends
sympathy. Mrs. Houston liv-
ed for many years on the
Riverside Road. She had
been a resident at Pinecrest
Manor for some time.
Mr. and Mrs. Bevin Tiffin
spent a few days of their
holidays at Port Huron. Mr.
and Mrs. Jeff Thompson of
Wingham looked after their
family, Stephen and Dean
Tiffin.
On Saturday evening Mr.
and Mrs. Jeff Alden and
Carla left the Keet resid'?nce
and went to reside at the
house to the right of the
Zetland bridge.
Mr. and Mrs. James
Schneller, Darlene, Tracy,
Robin and Mark spent a few
days with Mr. and Mrs.
Allan Grimes of Kitchener
and attended the African
Lion Safari.
Mr. and Mrs. Fisher of
Fisher Insulation, Nikki and
Gregory moved on Saturday
to a home in lower Wingham.
The lh:le folks will be missed
in the village.
Mr. and Mrs. Don England
are pleased to welcome their
sons, Glen and Terry home
for a few days holidays. Glen
in the news
comes from British Colum-
bia and Terry from Toronto.
Cindy Moore on Sunday
flew to Calgary where she
was met by her sister, Linda
and will go to Okotoks where
Linda works at the Credit
Union. Cindy has two weeks
holidays.
Nancy England and her
friend, Ivan Bonnet spent
their holidays with friends in
Manitoba.
Mr. Jack Whytock had
charge of the services on
Sunday at the United Chur-
ch. For the four Sundays in
August, the United Church
congregation will attend
Chalmers Presbyterian
Church services conducted
by student preacher, Mr.
Rod Lamb.
Dale Jamieson of the Blue
Barn, Listowel spent a few
Bob Greer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence
Greer, won the Kincardine Invitational Golf
Tournament July 25. Some 116 golfers par-
ticipated in the event. Bob won the 18 hole
tournament shooting an even par 70.
Mrs. Harold Robinson of Walkerton and
her daughter, Sylvia and son-in-law John
Dunn of .Kinistino, Saskatchewan spent a
day recently with Annie Kilpatrick of
Lucknow.

with her parents, Mr. and

Charles St. Pierre of Toronto
visited Tuesday and Wednes-
day with Barry's parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Dan Tiffin,
Wingham.
Chalmers Church had a
booth at the Craft Festival in
Lucknow where the
homemade baking sold
much more quickly than the
craft work.
Baby body Irwin of
Lucknow is holidaying with
his grandparents, Mr. and
Mrs. Orland Irwin and Mr.
and Mrs. Wallace Milligan
while his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Steve Irwin are on
holidays.
A successful garage salt
was held on Saturday at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan

Monday with his parents,

mained with Grandma
Speiran.
Hazel Purdon of Cosy Cot-
tage visited Sunday with Mr.
and Mrs. Gordon Rintoul.

that Ralph Cameron arrived
home from University
Hospital on Sunday.
