Married in Meaford
Brian Clarence Boyd of Lucknow and Susan Delaree
Abercrombie of Toronto were married at Meaford United
Church by Rev. Aikman on May 28, 1983. The bride is the
daughter of Jack Abercrombie of Meaford and the groom's
parents are Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Boyd of R. 2, Meaford.
Andrea Hart of Don Mills was maid of honour and Jane Laing,
sister of the bride, Meaford and Nancy House of Oakville
were bridesmaids. Gina Juniper of Meaford was junior brid-
esmaid. Tom Ormsby of Peterborough was groomsman and
guests were ushered by George Laing of Meaford, Brian
Wiley of Meaford and Mac Caesar of Meaford. A reception
followed at the Royal Canadian Legion, Meaford. The couple
have taken up residence at 517 Havelock Street, Lucknow
following a honeymoon to Northern Ontario.

Wed at Port Albert
Craig Kerslake of R. 2, Staffa and Peggy Young of Dungan-
non, formerly of London, exchanged marriage vows at Christ
Church, Port Albert on May 21, 1983. Rev. R. J. Crocker
officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas
Young and the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Carter
Kerslake. Linda Culbert, sister of the bride, was matron of
honour and Noelle Thompson, niece of the bride was flower
girl. Andrew Vivian, nephew of the groom was best man, and
Michael Culbert, nephew of the bride, was ringbearer.
Guests were ushered by Steven Vivian, Rick Thompson,
Danielle Thompson and Douglas Culbert. The couple will
reside at the groom's farm at R. 2, Staffa.

with a good attendance.
Mrs. R. Hanna opened the
meeting, with a hymn, ac-
companied by Rev. Bonnie
Smith on the Auto Harp.

scripture followed with a
prayer and a poem, Three
Priceless Gifts, by Mrs. M.
Johnston.
Mrs. E. Robinson took
over for the business. She
read a piece on The Old
