Kevin is a singer who has recorded an album and the proceeds are going towards research on Cystic Fibrosis, which Kevin has. He played a guitar and sang some songs which are on the album. He gave away two records and the lucky winners of the records were Debbie Draper and Wayne Smith. On Thursday, January 20 the students council herd a talent show. The winners were: junior division, first, Freddie McCabe; honourable meuntions, Penny Holmes, Trisha Holmes and- Dawn Hogan; senior division, first, Sheri Smyth, honourable mentions, Angela Millian, Heidi Fillmore, Julie Thomp- son, Christine Simpson, Kim Tyler, Annette Gruendler, Teresa Meriam, Jacqui Daw- son. and Angeya and Arletta Glerenn. The inter neural volleyball is in its semi-finals. The standings are as follows_ seniors, Supers 16, Dyna- mites 15, Servers 11, Vol- leyers 10, Warriors 6 and Bruisers with 2 paints. Jun- iors, Hot Shots 16, Servers 14, Demons 8, Volleyers 8, Dynamites 8 and Torpedoes with 6 points. Mrs. Blake and Mrs. Bene attended a meeting at the Huron County Board of Edu- cation office in Clinton on Wednesday after school. This meeting, which was chaired the Enrichment Re- source Consultant, Debbie Heslinga, was called to give those present an overview of the enrichment program and to show enrichment kits and materials which will be avail- able to schools.
