Christmas has come and gone - a time of joy .and happiness to many, and to many more, memories of Christmas gone before. The beautiful open weather has made the winter shorter and the season of festivities less hectic than sometomes. Holiday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Frank MacLennan were Mr. and Mrs. Don Ainslie and family of Toronto and Mrs. Ainslie Sr., of Goderich, as well as Mrs. Florence MacKenzie film across the road. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. D. A. MacLennan were Mr. and" Mrs. Ted Heffernan and Miss K. Sutherland, all of London and Mr. Finlay Mac- Lennan of Kitchener. Visiting Mrs. Emile Mac- Lennan, Marion and ` Sandy, were Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Miller and family of Palmer- ston, Mr. and Mrs. Finlay MacLennan and family, Miss Florence. MacLennan • of-Kin- cardine, fKincardine, Miss Margaret Mac- Leod, and -Mrs. MacKen- drick of Lucknow, as well as other members of the Mac- Lennan family. Mr. and Mrs. Ewan Mac- Lean and Mr. and Mrs. Doug Martyn ' and family spent Christmas in Kincardine with Mrs. Isabelle Martyn. Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Mc- Charles spent Christmas. in Oakville with Mrs. Allan McCharles and family as did Mr. and Mrs. Donald Mc - Charles and family of Chat- ham, and Mr. and Mrs: John McCharles and Ryan of Petrolia. Christmas Day visitor's with Mr. and Mrs. Frank VanDiepenbeek and Harry were all members of the VanDiepenbeek fanlily. Mrs. Richard West enter- tained all members of her family on Christmas Day. Mr. David_ MacDonald had all members of his family home for Christmas as well as Miss Mable MacDonald. Roddy MacDonald was home from Deep River, and Mr. ' and Mrs. Gerry Meriam and family of Goderich. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Wylds and family spent Christmas Day with daugh- ter, Linda, in London as did Mrs. Alfred Stone .of St. Marys. Mr. and Mrs. Harold El- phick entertained the Stobo family on Christmas Day. Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Luther spent the. holiday season in Ridgetown with relatives.
