Friday night during the
high wind storm at 8 p,m, the
three hydro poles, trans-
former and wires, east of the
village on concession 12,
came crashing to the ground
and many , homes were in
darkness and without heat.
The repair crew dug new
holes, put in new poles, and
had thelines up at 2 a.m. It
was a really anxious time and
somethingto be remembered
for a log time. What a
capable crew of hydro men
and an electrician. How
much it makes a person
grateful for both hydro :and
telephone, which was all
restored to normal by Saw -
