Brian Yahbee then scored for Mildmay to give them the lead 4 - 3, at the end of the first period. In the second, Lucknow outscored Mildmay 4 - 3, but there were two goals scored, which had the Lucknow boys incensed at the referees and the goal judge. Mildmay went ahead 5 - 3 on a goal that hit the post and bounced to centre ice. Carl Stanley scored two goals both on power plays and Dave MacKinnon tallied on another power play. Both teams enjoyed good scoring oppor- tunities but neither dented the net. Chisholm and Schmalz crossed, again, with 46 sec- onds left in the game, and Pete went tothe penalty box for cross-checking.. Ian Montgomery and Doug Stevenson were sent over the boards to hold off Mildmay andkeep the tie score. For seine reason 'Doug forgot about playing defense and had the nerve to steal the puck from Mildmay, With lan's help, he drilled a shot past the Mildmay goalie, to give Lucknow an 8 7 lead, which they hung onto to win the game. • LOSE TO MILDMAY On Sunday, in Lucknow, the local lads started fast, but ran out of energy.
