The sixth meeting of Zippy
Trinittes II was held on
October 19 at Trinity United
Church. President, Karen
Campbell, called the meeting
to order.
A buffet supper, prepared
by the members was enjoy-
ed. Each of the members
introduced themselves and
their. guests. The leader,
Mrs. Greg Blake introduced
the special guests, the execu-
tive of the U.C.W., Mrs.
Doug Raynard, Mrs. Chester
Hackett, Mrs. Blake Alton,
Mrs. Donald I Hackett, and
Mrs. Warren Zinn. Mrs.
day with Mr. and Mrs. Roy
Collins, Jennifer, Angela and
David.
Mrs, Norval Stanley and
Mrs. Morley Scott visited in
Wiarton on Thursday with
Isobel's mother, Mrs. Alex

skits, which they will present
on Achievement Day; before
the closing of the 'meeting.

Kairshea Metric
Magicians held their fifth
meeting at the home of
Mrs. Clarence Ritchie.
Whitechurch
Nancy Haldenby read
the minutes of the
previous meeting. Karen
Doelman assisted Mrs.
Ritchie make Maple
Treasure. Tom Downey,
Karen Doelman and
Molly McBride made
Superior Steak. Menu
planning was discussed
and the Meat and
Vegetable I.Q. and Salad
Knowhow were com-
pleted.
They sampled the steak
and Pink Velvet for
dessert.
The club held their
Hallowe'en Party on
Saturday at the Kairshea
Hall, The members in-
vited friends to join in
their fun and all arrived
at the party in costume.
Winners in the costume
contest were Carol Buch-
Meier and Sandra Smith,
first; Susan Leybourn,
second and Cheryl Lot-
ten, third.
Plans for Achievement
Day were discussed.
Lasagna, fresh fruit
and salad were served for
lunch.

ount of sifted and non -sifted.

Italians, Mrs. Archie Purdon
demonstrated colourful fruit
cocktail loaf. Lorie Purdon
did Maple Syrup Treasure.
