EVERYBODY WASN'T at the Plowing Match as
this Ripley -Huron Legion float suggests. All of Ripley
McMurchy farmed there
and no doubt Dan worked
on the family farm before
moving. to - Western,
Canada where as a
carpenter he helped to
build the longest wooden
railway bridge in .the
world at Camrose. Only
recently he sold his home
on the 12th of Ashfield and
moved down the road to
reside with his son
Warren. Just a few years
ago Johnny McMurchy
left thee sixth to live in
Lucknow John Dahmer.
