Pearl is recuperating .from a
hip operation.

FELLOWSHIP CHURCH
Pastor Lawrence's scrip-
ture lesson on Sunday was on
the topic of "Christ in Us".
Mrs. Lawrence told, a child-
ren's story called, "Louise's
,Prayer", whichwas follow6d
by Florence" Frey playing an
autoharp as accompaniment
for her class who led in a
hymn.
Theladies of the church
will be working on a quilt
Monday afternoon in the
basement of the church. This
project is under the leader-
ship: of Norma. Martin, pres-
ident of the Women's Mis-
sionary and Service Commis-
sion.
Next Sunday, Laverne N;u-
zinger, a,missionary speaker
who has served in India, will
be bringing a challenging
message at the morning.

The sacrament 'of baptism
was observed at Sunday
morning service when , six

Westhaver spoke on the
subject, "What then shall.
this child be?". The choir
sang the anthem, "Jesus

under the direction of the
organist, Mrs. Jean Elliott.

is Worldwide Communion
Sunday, accordingly the Sac-
rament of Holy Communion
will be held in the 'morning
service.

U.C.W. MEETING
The September meeting of
the U.C,W. was held in the
S.S. room of Dungannon
United Church on . Tuesday
evening. The devotional ser-
vice was taken by Mrs: Cecil
Blake and Mrs. Mary Bere
and included the opening
thought, "Man and His
World", the topic, "Banking
on Apartheid" and the
closing prayer, "A Prayer for
