Graham Mofffat of
Teeswater returned
home last week after
spending some time at
Shouldice ‘iospital near
Toronto wnere he un-
derwent surgery. His
wife, ' Edith stayed at
Toronto with his sister,
Margaret while he was
there and returned home

with him. He is now
feeling better and we
wish him continued good
health.
Miss Margaret Moffat
of Toronto, formerly of
Langside. left by plane on
a trip to Scotland last
week. She plans to visit
places where her an-
cestors came from.
Some from this district
attended the gospel
music concert by the
McKeithen family from
Tennessee held in the
Teeswater Community
centre ' on Sunday af-
ternoon. The concert was
very much enjoyed by all
present. After the concert
the McKeithen• family
were guests of Mr. and
Mrs. Bob Bregman and
family.
The Whitechurch
Young Peoples held a
weiner roast and their
first meeting of the
season last Friday
evening at the manse
with a good attendance.
Mrs. Ron George who
lost a valuable dog (a
Norwegian Elkhound)
last week has still no
word of its whereabouts.
Mr. and Mrs. Johne
Koobs of Gowanstown
visited with her mother,
Mrs. Roelie DeBoer,
Joanne, Fred and Hilda
on Sunday. Mrs. DeBoer
and Joanne returned
Saturday from a trip to
Holland where they
visited with ,Mrs.
Del3oer's parents and
other relatives.
Starting kindergarten
in Lucknow last week
from this district were
three little girls, Karen.
