buying and because of the mandatory health inspection of any
animal to be sold at the sale, buyers know they are getting
healthy stock.
At the time the sales barn was first started, a class of
gypsies used to travel the country, buying livestock and they
set down their own prices.
The advantages of a local sales barn for this farming
community are important by comparison with a situation that
used to be and the situation that would be without one.
