The Lucknow Sentinel, 1978-06-14, Page 19The sheriff in "The Wacky Widow" pulls a fast one on the "quiet" gentleman, Mr. Smithers, in the three act comedy presented by the Whitechurch W.I. in Kincardine Town Hall recently. The sheriff was played by Russell McGuire of Kitchener while the gentleman was portrayed by Hugh Sinnamon of Whitechurch. • The Wacky Widow, Winnifred Woofus, has entertained audiences throughout the area over the past several months. The production presented by the Whitechurch W.I. stars Mrs. David Gibb of Whitechurch as the widow. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Van - Sickle and children visited with relatives in' Cambridge recently. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bennett and family of Burlington spent the weekend at their home here. Mrs. Oscar White is leav- ing this week to spend a couple of weeks with mem- bers of her family in Wawa.
