and Mrs. Peter Van Diepen-
beek who ,were married in
Lucknow on Saturday and
whose reception followed" on
Saturday evening at Lucknow
Community Centre.
Also congratulations are in
order to Lois and • Bob
McIntosh who celebrated
their 25th wedding anniver-
sary at the Lucknow Com-
munity Centre where a large
crowd attended. Many from
this immediate area attended
and all wish Lois and Bob
many more anniversaries.
This was the first of many
parties planned for this new
building.

attended anniversary servic-
es at Knox Church in Ripley
on Sunday last. Guest soloist
was Flora Simpson. Ashfield
Presbyterian Church cancel-
led services on Sunday due to
this special day in Ripley.

enjoyed a holiday in England

Laurier University, Water-
loo, with a Bachelor of Arts
in Psychology on May 28,
1978. She is employed for the
summer with the Huron Day
Care Centre for the Home-
bound and plans to continue
her education in the fall at
the University of Western
Ontario in the Bachelorof
• Education program, leading
to a teaching career. Attend-
ing the Convocation at Kitch-
ener Memorial Auditorium
were her parents, Mr. and
Mrs. ' John Pritchard, Luck -
now, her brother, Ted,
Stewart Whitehead and Mrs.
Pearl Whitehead of Teeswat-
er. Following the ceremony,
a graduation dinner was held
