Leo Patti Brooks had won a similar award earlier. During the business section of the meeting it was decided' the club would hold a volunteer clean up day on Saturday, May 6. It was also decided that the club would hold a Bike-a-thon ori Sunday, May 28th. This would.be over a 40 kilometre course going from the Lucknow arena to Nile and back to the arena. The Bike-a-thon will be open to anyone 12 years of age and over. Entry- forms are available at Beckers, Schmid's Jewellery, Bain's Groceteria and McDonagh Insurance. The club has decided to give 75 percent of the profit to the Lucknow Recreation Committee and the money is to be channelled directly to the purchase of new roller skates.
