Baton Fest on Saturday in
Bramalea. The Wingharn Can -
dinettes Senior Novice Twirl team
took first in their division and the
Duet team took second place.
Recently Mr. and Mrs. Bruce
Thomson, Donna, David and
Danny Joseph, Whitechurch and
Mr. and Mrs. Ken Leddy, Diana
and Kevin, St. Augustine, spent
the weekend at the home of Mr,
and Mrs. Dennis and family in
Kitchener.
Mr. John O'Connor, Lucknow,
spent a few days at the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Leo Courtney,
Goderich.
Mr. and Mrs. Ray Leddy, John
O'Connor, Lucknow, and Mr. and
Mrs. Len Baird, Turnberry Town-
ship, spent a Sunday recently
with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Andrews
and boys, Auburn.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Kinahan and
family, Mrs. Raymond Leddy and
John O'Connor; attended •the
Edwards-Zupancic wedding, Ap-
ril 8 in St. John The Divine
Church, 'London.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Neabel has
as guests on Sunday, Mr. and
Mrs. Gene Tunney and Churl of
Georgetown, Mr. and Mrs. How-
ard Neabel and family, Mr. and
Mrs. Ken Neabel and family, and
Graham Neabel, R. R. 3 Lucknow,
to celebrate their dad's 79th
birthday on April 7.
Mr. and Mrs. Bryce Elliott,
Jamie and Graeme Elliott, all of
Lucknow, returned home last
week after spending a week in
Halifax, Nova Scotia, where they
-attended the wedding of their
son, Ray Elliott and Noreen Page
on Saturday, April 1st.
Mrs. Gordon Lyons returned
home last Thursday after 17 days
in Victoria Hospital, London.

sion of Kinloss. Mrs. John de
Boer said 80 swan were counted
there last spring when they carne
for the first time. .The swans,
returned Tuesday morning.
