Mrs. George Fischer,district president and Mrs. Gordon Wall, district secretary conducted the meeting. A letter was received from the new provincial President Mrs. "Clarence Dymond. It was *voted to send Mrs. Gordon Wall to Officer's Conference in May with alternate to be Mrs. James Convay, Ass't Secretary to the district. The couple were married on; March 22, 1928, in Arkona Ontario by Rev. Edgar Roulston, the groom's brOther. Mr. Roulston is the fifth in a family of eight children to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary: Mrs. Roulston is the former Catherine MacDougall, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Colin MacDougall of the fourth of Bruce. Mr. • Roulston is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Johnston Roulston and was born on the 12th of Huron. He moved at an early age with his parents to a farm on the second of Huron and the young couple took up residence there following their marriage.
