HAROLD R. McDONALD
Harold Richard McDonald died
in Detroit, Michigan, on January
20, 1978, after an illness which he
bore with cheerful patience.
Born September 24, 1905, on
lot 7, concession5, now a century
farm, in Huron Township, son of
the late Thomas E. McDonald and
the late Sarah (Baker) McDonald,
He attended Maple Leaf School
and later went to Detroit.
He was of a quiet jovial
disposition .and was loved by all
who knew him. He was always
willing to lend a helping.hand and
will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his sister and
brother-in-law, Pearl and Archie
Maynard Lewis of Detroit. He
was predeceased by his parents
and two brothers, Roy and
Allister.
The funeral was in charge of
the Harry J. Hill Funeral Home,
Detroit, where service was held
January 23, at 2.00 p.m. with
Rev. William Hager officiating.
Interment followed in Oakview
Cemetery, Royal Oak, Michigan.

this week to take part in an
exchange weekend with the
young people in that area.

Luke 24: 1-12, the text being
"He is Risen".
