Mrs., Robert Blackwell has returned home from the hospital and is feeling much better. Mrs. Harold Vogan and Len of Ripley visited on Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Black. Mr. and Mrs. Peter VanSickle entertained a number of young couples at their home on Saturday evening for a euchre party. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. John Geertsma and family this week is Mrs. Geertsmas' sister and baby. Miss Nancy McGuire and Miss Carol MacKay flew from Toronto last Thursday morning for a week's holiday in Florida. A number of people attended the Science Fair which was held last Thursday evening in the Ripley District School. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Irwin of Belgrave visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Allan Cranston. George Humphrey and Marj- orie visited with Mr. and Mrs. -Rick Humphrey of Clinton, this past weekend. SHOOT PARTY • The regular shoot party gather- ed together eleven tables of players on February 16. , High lady was Marj Coultes of Belgrave; second high was Jean. Phillips. High man was Ted Robinson with John Gaunt taking second place. Gordon McPherson won "Most Shoots Prize" by winning four shoots. Eleven machines ventured put Friday night for the short trip to Dungannon. , They picked up another machine there and re- turned to the club house. Lunch" followed the ride.
