Winghani defeat Lucknow
at Seaforth tourney
The Lucknow Pee Wees played Ripley on Saturday afternoon and went down to a 6 - 4 defeat. The boys
played good consistent hockey and the scoring was a seesaw battle throughout but the Lucknow team
could not take the lead and keep it. The boys travelled to Exeter on Sunday to participate in the Legion
Tournament where they lost to Clinton 3.1. They were disappointed because in this tournament if a team
lost their first game they did not play a 'second, whereas some tournaments promise two games.
