The game was marred some- what, although to some of the more "'rabid fans it was brought to the' peak of perfection, by a veritable Donny- brook staged about haft -way through the third period. Don. McKay, Sailor wtngman, and G. Rennie, of the visit- ing team, got into a scrap, and soon other players and a number of spec- tators joined in the fray. Bruce Bloomfield was outstanding In Saturday's games and accounted for a large part of the score of 10-6 against Costello. Walter Doak, kid brother of 2 Harold of the intermediates and Ar- nold and Elwyn of the juniors, also showed considerable class. Billy Bradley defeated Charles Pow- ell 7-1 Saturday. It was the first time In years such a wide gap had come between tbese t'wo -ntd rtvats; bnt the Bhaes were In perfect form on Friday night and were unbeatable. Every play clicked, every peas was completed, with the result that the Sailors were completely demoralized. It has been practically impossible to draw up a schedule for tbe church teams, as there are so many leagues operating in town- The best the church league can do is to take any open evening *reliable.
