know how to sWim to
stay ` in shape at the
Lucknow pool,
Aquafit is a high
impact, aerobic workout
in the water and even if'
you aren't a strongswim-
mer, you can participate.

regular stretching routine,
Johnston .said many. of
the Aquafit participants
come out to swim lengths
during the length swim
Monday and Wednesday
evenings. This time is
blocked out for people
who just,want to swim
lengths for as long or as
short a period as they
like. Lifeguards are on
duty during this period.
' No matter what the
activity, doing. something
in the: pool is a good way,
to keep up the ,physical
activity. and keep cool at
the same time.

The Lucknow Dolphins swim team travelled to
another meet last Saturday in Clinton. They showed
their best results achieving their highest point total
this season. .
E cceptionat performances were shown, by the relay
teams. The 11 an& 12 relay team of ;James. Mann,
Susan Guay, Cindy Willits and Erin MacKenzie
placed first in the free relay, well ahead of any other
team, The 13 and 14 relay team° of Nick Mann, Laura
Sande, Russ Mann and Corey Sinipson had a sprint to
the finish race in their free relay and placed first also.
Outstanding performances werealso shown by
Melissa Taylor, Laurie Guay and Stephanie Blake. All
the best to the swinrs during the next two weeks
astheyr preparefor the final meet of the season
