Hospital, London. Mrs.
McQuillin was born January.,
27, 1919 the daughter of
Wallace and Christina Miller
of West Wawanosh
Township. Wife of Frank
McQuillin and mother of
Terry Wilson and wife Jane
of Wingham. Survived by
grandson Steve Silcock,
Wingham, and several
nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by first hus-
band Thomas Wilson in
1944, 'second husband
Frank in 1993, her parents
and brother Allan Miller.
Mrs. McQuitliin was a nurse
at Wingham Hospital until
December 1942, member of ,
St Helen's United Church
and later . Lucknow United.
Active member of St.
Helen's U.C.W. and
Women's Institute. Services
were held at MacKenzie

Vytautas: BItrusaitis,
convicted of first-degree
Harder of his brother on
May 28, filed an appeal
of the verdict with the
Ontario Court of Appeals
on June 5.
After a three-week
trial in Walkerton's gen-
eral division court,
Baltrusaitis was found
guilty off' murdering his
brother Kestutis, who
was killed at his
Inverhuron residence in
September, 1994. He was
40.
Judge Terrence
O'Connor sentenced
Baltrusaitis to life in
prison. He is serving his
time at Millhaven, a max-
imum security jail near
Kingston.
In the application for
appeal, Baltrusaitis said
the judge erred on a- num
ber of issues.
It could take several
months before it is
known if the appeal will
be granted.

Wingham pleaded guilty
to a charge of causing a
disturbance after an alter -

fined $200. In a separate
case, Jonathon
Grumrnett, . 23, of
Wingham pleaded guilty
to causing a disturbance
in the altercation and was
fined $200.
Christopher
Buckingham, 19, of
Walkerton, pleaded guilty
to theft under $5,000 and
breach of probation after
stealing' a car from
Cunningham Toyota in
Walkerton on July 20. He
was sentenced lo' four
months for each charge,
to be served concurrently,
which means the two
sentences• will be served
at the same time.
Vern Porter, 23, of
Mildmay, who pleaded
not guilty to an over ,80
charge, was fined $400
by Judge F.W. Olmstead .
lIis driver's licence
was also suspended for
one year.

ed the accused's argu-
ments that his rights were
violated' when he was
arrested.

A farm vehicle greater
than 2.6 meters wide is
considered over -dimen-
sional. Vehicles between
2.6 meters wide up to and
including 3.8 meters
must, at night time and at
tunes of poor visibility,
have two flashing amber
lights on the front and
two on the rear.
Vehicles over 3.8 .and
4.8 meters have addition
restrictions as outlined in
the p'arm Equipment on
Ontario Highways pam-
phlet.
